1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and a71 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing a71.io, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on a71, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use a71. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. a71 recommends that all players review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a71, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from a71 under any prior account.

Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on a71. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a71 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. a71 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify a71 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow third parties to place bets or manage your account on your behalf.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number up to date at all times.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the a71 platform.

a71 may require periodic re-verification of your identity, especially before processing large withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of wrongdoing.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on a71 are processed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bK ash, Nagad, and Rocket. a71 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (higher limits available for verified VIP accounts)
• Deposits are credited to your a71 account instantly in most cases.
• If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact a71 live support with your transaction reference number.
• a71 does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

a71 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is suspected to originate from fraudulent activity. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the original payment source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on a71 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure funds are returned to their verified source.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 per transaction
• Standard processing time: under 3 minutes for verified accounts
• Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 48 hours pending document review
• Withdrawals requested during system maintenance windows may be queued and processed once maintenance is complete

a71 may request additional verification before approving any withdrawal above ৳25,000. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not specific to any individual player. Providing the requested documents promptly will ensure your withdrawal is processed without unnecessary delay.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared all wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal. If you are unsure whether your balance is eligible, contact a71 support before submitting a withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

a71 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the promotion page at the time the offer is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirement on a71 welcome bonuses: 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless stated otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device, and IP address.
• a71 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible permanent account closure.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on a71 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which they are placed. General betting rules that apply across all a71 products are as follows:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the a71 system. A bet that has not received a confirmation message is not considered placed.
• a71 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price or payout being displayed, a71 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market. These are displayed within each game or betting interface.
• a71 may impose maximum bet limits on specific markets, games, or individual accounts at its discretion.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available.

For crash games specifically, the multiplier at which you cash out is final. If you fail to cash out before the crash, your stake is lost regardless of any technical issues on your device or internet connection. a71 recommends using a stable connection when playing crash games.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

a71 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a71 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Using a71 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing a71 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing a71 staff or other players.

a71 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour will be reviewed by the a71 compliance team. During a review, withdrawals may be placed on hold. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

a71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion requests.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting a71 support. If you have a remaining real-money balance at the time of closure, a71 will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method after completing any required verification checks.

Accounts closed due to Terms violations will not be eligible for balance withdrawal. a71's decision in such cases is final and not subject to appeal unless new evidence is presented within 30 days of the closure notice.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on a71.io — including but not limited to the a71 logo, game graphics, interface design, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of a71 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any a71 content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the a71 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

a71 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. a71 will not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to cash out in time during crash games due to device or connection issues.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the a71 platform.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand the applicable game or bonus rules.

In all cases, a71's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

12 Privacy & Data

a71 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on a71, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. a71 does not sell personal data to third parties.

13 Responsible Gaming
